When you send an estimate request, North Shore Junk Crew receives your name, phone number, town, job details and any photos you choose to attach. We use this information to respond, estimate the job and arrange service. Do not include financial details, identity documents or other sensitive information; avoid including people, license plates or documents in your photos.

Our website and business mailbox are hosted by HostGator. Uploaded photos are processed in temporary server files and sent as email attachments to our business inbox. We do not publish customer photos or create public download links. Temporary upload files are removed after the request; copies of your inquiry and photos remain in the business mailbox while needed to handle your request and any resulting service or required business records. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of your information.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam. Your browser connects to Cloudflare and the server checks the verification token before accepting a request. A secure session cookie supports form security. Hashed network identifiers and attempt times are used for rate limits; entries older than 24 hours are cleaned up when the form is used.
